Welcome to Vantage Growth. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of myvantagegrowth.com, Vantage Growth memberships, subscriptions, digital services, applications, partner services and related offerings.

For the purposes of these Terms, “Vantage Growth,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the operator of myvantagegrowth.com, while “User,” “Customer,” “Member,” or “you” refers to any person accessing or purchasing our services.

By registering, subscribing, making a payment, or using any Vantage Growth service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Vantage Growth provides access to a range of technology, entertainment and digital services, directly or in association with partner platforms, including:

• Saganova – OTT and digital entertainment services
• OmniAI – Artificial Intelligence tools and related technology services
• Lets Gaaooo – Music, songs, audio and entertainment services
• Membership and bundled digital subscription packages
• Other digital, technology or promotional services introduced from time to time

The precise features, subscription periods, usage limits and benefits applicable to a package will be those displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Partner Platforms

Certain services offered through Vantage Growth are operated, developed or supported by third-party or associated partner platforms.

Users acknowledge that individual partner services may also be governed by their own:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policies
• Usage restrictions
• Content policies
• Technical requirements
• Subscription conditions

Where a partner-specific condition conflicts with a general Vantage Growth condition in relation to that partner's service, the applicable partner-specific terms may govern that particular service.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Users below the legally permitted age must use services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and current information while registering.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your username, password and account credentials
• Activities performed through your account
• Providing accurate registration information
• Immediately informing us about suspected unauthorised access

Accounts must not be sold, transferred, shared commercially or used by unauthorised persons unless a particular plan expressly allows multiple users.

5. Subscription and Membership Plans

• Partner subscriptions
• Credit-based AI plans

Features, prices and duration may change from time to time. Changes will not ordinarily affect a period already paid for unless required for operational, security or legal reasons.

6. Taxes and Payments

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, including GST.

Users are responsible for providing correct billing details.

Payments may be processed through banks, UPI providers, payment gateways, card networks or other authorised payment processors. Vantage Growth may not directly store complete debit or credit card information.

A transaction will be regarded as completed only after payment confirmation is received.

7. AI Services – OmniAI

Artificial Intelligence services may generate text, images, analysis, recommendations or other outputs based on information supplied by users.

AI-generated results:

• May contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
• Should be independently verified where important
• Must not automatically be considered professional, medical, financial, legal or other expert advice
• May vary even when similar prompts are submitted

Users remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information.

Users must not submit illegal material, confidential third-party information or personal data they are not authorised to process.

8. Saganova OTT Services

Content available through Saganova may include films, web series, regional-language entertainment and other audiovisual material.

Availability may vary depending on:

• Territory
• Licensing rights
• Subscription plan
• Device
• Content-provider agreements
• Regulatory restrictions

Unless expressly authorised, OTT content is provided for personal and non-commercial viewing only.

Users must not copy, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly exhibit, download through unauthorised methods or circumvent digital-rights-management technologies.

9. Lets Gaaooo Music & Audio Services

Music, songs, recordings, playlists and related content available through Lets Gaaooo may be protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Users receive only a limited right to access content under the applicable subscription.

Unless specifically permitted, users must not:

• Redistribute music
• Extract audio files
• Commercially broadcast content
• Circumvent access controls
• Reproduce copyrighted works

10. Intellectual Property

The Vantage Growth name, website, software, graphics, logos, interfaces and original content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Names, logos, trademarks and content belonging to Saganova, OmniAI, Lets Gaaooo or other partners remain the property of their respective owners or authorised licensors.

Purchasing a subscription does not transfer intellectual-property ownership to the user.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Commit fraud
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Circumvent security measures
• Scrape services without permission
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Harass or harm other users
• Manipulate payment or referral systems
• Resell subscriptions without written authorisation

12. Business or Referral Opportunities

Where Vantage Growth offers any referral, promotional or business opportunity, participation does not guarantee any particular income, profit, commission or financial result.

Actual results may depend on eligibility, performance, applicable programme rules and other circumstances.

No person is authorised to make guaranteed-income claims on behalf of Vantage Growth unless expressly documented by the company.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Internet failures
• Server problems
• Partner outages
• Content licensing changes
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Government restrictions
• Events beyond reasonable control

14. Suspension or Termination

Vantage Growth may restrict or terminate accounts in cases involving:

• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Illegal activity
• Payment disputes or chargebacks
• Misuse of services
• Copyright infringement
• Security threats
• Breach of these Terms

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vantage Growth will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from:

• User misuse
• Third-party platform failures
• AI-generated inaccuracies
• Content removal
• Device incompatibility
• Loss of connectivity
• Unauthorised disclosure caused by user negligence

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, partners or applicable law.

The latest version will be published on our website together with the updated revision date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the appropriate jurisdiction of courts at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
